It works up until I type "STARTTLS", and then "EHLO ServerName" (see log below). I connected with telnet again and tried typing the commands sent by the VMPRO. If I telnet to the relay from the VMPRO server, I can successfully send a message without authentication. If I restart the server, I can get it to send 1-2 emails and then auth/no auth both fail again. Sending emails with authentication works, but we want to avoid this so we don't have to buy another license This seems to have been a glitch and auth fails as well too. In the SMTP logs, it appears that an extra "ehlo ServerName" is sent and I think that this is where everything breaks down. The messages are sent from the server to an O365 relay that has been setup (no auth necessary). Our VMPRO has been sending voicemail emails for 4 years without any issue until about a week ago.
